INGREDIENTS
1 stick pack, GNC AMP Amplified Hydration – Acai Blueberry Pomegranate Flavor
1 cup frozen blueberries (or frozen fruit of choice)
1 cup water
Popsicle mold & popsicle sticks
DIRECTIONS
1. In a blender, add stick pack, frozen blueberries, and water.
2. Blend on high until no blueberry chunks remain.
3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place popsicle sticks.
4. Freeze overnight.
