INGREDIENTS
– 2 scoops GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 – French Vanilla
– ⅓ cup peanut butter
– ¼ cup almond flour
– 1 tsp. baking soda
– ¼ tsp. salt
– 1 tsp. vanilla extract
– ⅓ cup sugar
– 2 egg whites
– ⅓ cup almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375°. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra paper over the sides to help remove the bars once cooked. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray.
Combine almond milk, egg whites, vanilla, and peanut butter in a food processor. Process until well blended. Add all dry ingredients: GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 –French Vanilla, almond flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Process until well blended.
Pour batter into baking dish. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from oven. Grab the free edge of the parchment paper to remove the bars from the baking dish. Transfer to the counter top. Allow to cool. Cut bars into 8 even pieces. Enjoy immediately or wrap individually in plastic wrap and transfer to refrigerator or freezer to enjoy later.
